We will respond to your correction request within 15 working days.
6.3 Right to Opt-Out of Marketing Communications

Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing communications, you may still receive essential communications from Shui Jing Fang, such as order confirmations and activity notifications related to your account (e.g., account confirmations and password changes).
You may submit a request to delete your personal information by contacting our mini-program customer service or calling our service hotline at 400-9199-600 under the following circumstances. We will respond to your deletion request within 15 working days:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;
(2) If our processing of personal information breaches our agreement with you;
(3) If you cease using our products/services, or if you deactivate your account;

Should we approve your deletion request, we will also notify any entities that have received your personal information from us, requiring them to promptly delete such information - unless otherwise required by law or where these entities have obtained your separate authorization.
After the information deletion from our services, residual copies may remain in our backup systems but will be permanently deleted during subsequent backup updates.

After account cancellation, we will cease providing products or services for you and delete your personal information upon your request, except where otherwise required by laws and regulations.
