(1) Access Me and click your nickname to modify: nickname, date of birth, gender, and mobile number.

(2) Access Me and Address Management to update your delivery address.

When you identify errors in our processing of your personal information, you have the right to request corrections. You may contact the mini-program's online customer serviceor call Shui Jing Fang's service hotline at 400-919-9600 to request corrections to your personal information. We will respond to your correction request within 15 working days.


6.3 Right to Opt-Out of Marketing Communications


If you no longer wish to receive commercial advertisements from us, you may opt out of Shui Jing Fang's marketing communications by contacting our mini-program customer service or calling Shui Jing Fang's service hotline at 400-919-9600. Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing communications, you may still receive essential communications from Shui Jing Fang, such as order confirmations and activity notifications related to your account (e.g., account confirmations and password changes).


You may submit a request to delete your personal information by contacting our mini-program customer service or calling our service hotline at 400-9199-600 under the following circumstances. We will respond to your deletion request within 15 working days:

(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;

(2) If our processing of personal information breaches our agreement with you;

(3) If you cease using our products/services, or if you deactivate your account;

(4) If we discontinue providing products/services for you.

Should we approve your deletion request, we will also notify any entities that have received your personal information from us, requiring them to promptly delete such information - unless otherwise required by law or where these entities have obtained your separate authorization.

After the information deletion from our services, residual copies may remain in our backup systems but will be permanently deleted during subsequent backup updates.


6.5 Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent

After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your withdrawal of consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information conducted based on your authorization, and you may continue to access and use our relevant services and products.


6.6 Account Cancellation


You may request deletion of your registered account at any time by contacting our mini-program customer service or calling our service hotline at 400-9199-600. After account cancellation, we will cease providing products or services for you and delete your personal information upon your request, except where otherwise required by laws and regulations.


6.7 Obtaining Copies of Your Personal Information

Additionally, where permitted by applicable laws and regulations and technically feasible, we may transfer your collected personal information to a designated data processor upon your request.
